 We are looking for young supervisors, not, age is not the main thing, we are not looking for young supervisors in age but supervisors of a limited number of offices in which we are providing our services.

 This position is intended for past or present cleaning workers with additional management skills, a supervisor can advance within a year to an area manager in our company and receive even better conditions.

 So, how does it work:

 As part of our services we provide cleaning services for offices, we are looking for a young supervisor whose area of ​​responsibility will be:

1. Check that the cleaner has arrived at work.  
2. Once a month – send a message to the office manager about the hours of the employees under his supervision.
3. Once a month – refilling the cleaning materials in supervised offices.
4. Once a month – inspection and inspection the quality of the cleaning.
5. In case it is necessary to replace a cleaner, it is the responsibility of the supervisor to replace her and introduce the office to the new cleaner.

Salary :

‏ A.  For each supervision of 5 evening offices – a salary of 1,000 NIS per month .netto 

‏B.  For each supervision of 10 offices ‏- salary of NIS 2,000 per month. Netto. 

‏ C.  For each supervision of 15 offices- a salary of NIS 3,000 per month . Netto

‏D.  For each supervision of 20 offices ‏- salary of NIS 4,000 per month.

‏ Requirements:

‏ 1. Experience in the field of cleaning.

‏ 2. Very suitable for cleaners who want to advance and are looking to learn their field the supervision

‏ 3. Willingness to work in a hybrid model – The hours are not fixed.

‏ 4. Willingness to be available in the evening.

‏ 5. Management skills.

‏ 6. Language – Russian – an advantage!
